    We connect historically underrepresented and underserved populations to creative leadership, professional development, and paid work.


    We are building to a future where creative leadership is at equitable scale, and there is no pay or representational gap. We aim to fuel economic development locally while connecting people globally and purposefully through community, resource sharing, and the power of media.

    WeXL provides creative support to companies in need of diverse perspectives. We produce high-impact visual content to tell stories that are relevant to your community. We match your project with a balance of professional filmmakers, producers, and writers along with a few of our most promising emerging creatives. Our process is completely transparent and whatever is leftover from the production budget becomes a tax-deductible contribution to WeXL.


    Working with us supports our 501(c)3 nonprofit programs and the infrastructure of diverse emerging and professional creative talent.
